July 6, 2011: Roadwork Alert

Construction on the I-294/I-90 Tri-Level Bridge Rehabilitation Project is scheduled to begin on July 6, 2011. The southbound I-294 to eastbound I-90 ramp (Kennedy Expressway) will be closed and traffic will be detoured to westbound I-190 to Mannheim Road and then to eastbound I-190. Electronic message signs are in place to alert motorists to the upcoming ramp closure and detour. See detour route map:
